About the project

Cyber7 MDR Alerts is a mobile app for an Australian managed security provider that turns critical security incidents into instant push notifications. It pulls High and Critical tickets from ConnectWise (fed by Rapid7 threat detection) and lets analysts and clients view, acknowledge, resolve and annotate incidents from their phone — with role-based access so each client sees only their own company's alerts.

What we solved

Managed-detection incidents live inside ConnectWise ticketing, where they're easy to miss. SOC analysts and their clients need immediate, prioritized, mobile visibility into critical threats — not another desktop tool they have to keep checking.

• Real-time push alerts for High/Critical incidents with selectable alert tones
• In-app triage — acknowledge, resolve, reprioritize and annotate, synced to ConnectWise
• Role-based access: SOC admins see all clients, clients see only their own
• ConnectWise + Rapid7 detection pipeline surfaced on mobile within seconds
