The Challenge
What needed solving
Sawa needed one page that speaks to two audiences — commuters and companies — and works just as well in English as in right-to-left Arabic. The source material was an investor pitch deck that mixed public brand content with investor-only data that must not be published.
Our Solution
How we built it
We built the page on Next.js 16 and Tailwind v4 with locale routes for /en and /ar, using only CSS logical properties so the layout mirrors cleanly in RTL. All copy lives in per-language dictionaries, so the Arabic milestone was a content drop rather than a rebuild. Arabic uses IBM Plex Sans Arabic and never falls back to a Latin font. A corporate enquiry form sends a branded HTML email through Resend, and each language has its own SEO metadata, hreflang alternates and share image.
Results & Outcomes
What we achieved
- Bilingual EN/AR with full RTL layout from one codebase
- Arabic version shipped as a dictionary drop — no refactor needed
- Corporate enquiries delivered as a branded HTML email via Resend
- Per-language SEO: canonical, hreflang and separate share images
