Ultra Windows is a complete B2B operations platform for a UK aluminium windows-and-doors fabricator. Trade customers and staff configure bespoke products — bifolds, sliders, rooflights, bay windows and more — with live 3D previews and instant pricing, then convert quotes to orders that flow straight into production scheduling, delivery routing, a driver app, stock, and Sage accounting.

What we solved

Bespoke window and door manufacturers rely on manual, error-prone quoting in spreadsheets and email, disconnected from pricing, production, delivery and accounting. Complex configurations make accurate quotes slow, and there's no self-serve channel for trade customers or real-time visibility for drivers and office staff.
